There are not many things sold only in Japan nowadays. But! I think this product is only available in Japan.

In Japan, there is a traditional sweet rice cake called Daifuku. Daifuku is made by stretching a thin layer of rice cake and filling it with sweet bean paste. This traditional rice cake has evolved to the point where it now contains a whole fruit wrapped in a rice cake! The result is a wonderful rice cake that is both simple and beautiful, a traditional Japanese beauty, and delicious.

It is popular among women because of its cute appearance.
